The Desert Twin Fin is such a fun, easy board to ride in all conditions. It’s a great paddler, has tonnes of speed and effortless glide whilst being incredibly easy to turn with loads of drive. It’s become a favourite in my quiver.

The Desert Twin features the V double-concave design and is created from its big brother the Desert Storm model. The V double-concave design maintains the relaxed manoeuvrability when increasing volumes and widths in this design, making this board a comfortable, predictable and fun ride.

I’ve adjusted the rocker to suit a twin fin set-up and to give the board maximum speed in all conditions, allowing acceleration through turns. The twin fin outline creates hold and drive, whilst allowing tight turns off the rounded pin-tail.

The Desert Twin is an everyday twin fin that can also be stretched in length into step-up and gun dimensions for larger surf.

The Desert Twin stock boards feature a rounded pin-tail. This model can also be custom ordered with a swallow tail preference.
