Twiggy has got off to a solid start in the 2014/15 BWWT with a 5th place finish at the Billabong Pico Alto Event in Peru. Twig broke his ankle in the Semi’s but surfed on to catch the wave of the Final before getting annihilated in the white wash. With the Southern Hemisphere leg of the BWWT coming to an end, hopefully the El Nino season is a cracker for the Northern Hemisphere and all 3 events get to run to finish off the tour. Well done to Steph Single for a great WQS effort at the 6-Star Surfergirl Pro in California, USA and the 6-Star Swatch Girl Pro at Hossegor, France. She is now ranked 26th on the QS rankings and another great result will move her one step closer to qualifying. We wish you luck Steph!! Photo: Laurent Masurel.
Tommy Boucaut has recently been competing on the European leg of the Junior and WQS series and had some great performances and results. This picture is from the Lacanau Pro, where he made the Quarter Finals in that event. He currently sits at 17th place on the Junior rankings with a few more stops to go. Good luck mate! Nate is a Floridian who spends most of his time travelling between home, Hawaii and Indonesia where he pretends to work as a surf guide. This boy knows how to ride a barrel, so stay tuned for some up coming clips of Nate doing his thing in Indonesia.
